Little Treasures in Reading offers programs during vacation weeks and public school closings (K-5) during the school year.
Vacation Weeks
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
- February Vacation Week
- April Vacation Week
- 2, 3, 4, or 5 day options.
- Children enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th grade. CIT programs are available for older children.

- Engaging Field Trips
- Entertaining enrichment activities are provided at the school.
Each vacation week offers a new theme. To enhance the daily field trips our caring and dedicated teachers plan fun and educational activities including creative arts, journal writing, reading, drama, games, outdoor play, walks to Killam Playground, Burbank playground, hikes, yoga, music & science. Flexible days, exciting field trips, fun activities, caring educators, and educational activities all in a fun, home-like setting…what could be better?
Public School Closings (K-5)
Hours: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm when Reading Public School is closed for Teacher in-service days, certain Holidays, and some Snow Days.
Treasures After School Program is open for a full day of care and fun on the Reading Public Schools (RPS)

We call these RPS closings TAS Special Days. TAS Special Days are filled with games, arts & crafts, games, outdoor play, science and so much more.
Children enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th grade. CIT programs are available for older children.
